Vanta is a professional audio mastering application. By using this software, you agree to these terms. As a solo developer project, Vanta is provided to you to enhance your creative workflow through advanced local DSP.
You retain 100% ownership of any audio processed through Vanta. Vanta Audio Tech claims no rights over your artistic output. You are responsible for ensuring your source material does not violate third-party copyrights.
The software is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the mastering results will meet your subjective aesthetic expectations or that the software will be error-free.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
The Vanta mastering engine contains proprietary deterministic logic and intelligence profiles. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code or DSP algorithms.
Due to the nature of digital software and the availability of demos and previews, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
